The M&A team consists of professionals located in Menlo Park, San Francisco, New York, London, Hong Kong and around the globe. We provide advisory services to private equity clients to facilitate capital markets and M&A transactions involving their portfolio companies or new investments. We advise clients across all industries and geographies. Your expertise Ideally 1+ years of investment banking experience Experience in originating and executing public and private capital markets and M&A transactions Ability to work effectively with private equity clients Strong understanding of leverage finance Strong analytical skills and proficiency in all relevant financial analyses Demonstrated track record of taking initiative and managing teams Undergraduate degree You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows.
