Build Your Future. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Position Overview We are looking for a kids attendant who will be responsible for caring for children ages 6 months to 12 years old at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. _______________________________________________________________________________________ What You’ll Do: As a Kids Attendant at Crunch, you’ll provide a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for children while supporting parents during their workouts. You’ll engage kids with games and activities, ensure proper check-in/check-out, and follow safety and cleanliness procedures. Your care and attention help create a positive experience for both children and their families. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ About You: You love children! You're highly accountable. You love routine and tend to gravitate to what is familiar to you-you could set a clock by some of your habits. Past coworkers would describe you as precise, accurate, and factual. When it comes to being dedicated to the tasks that are assigned to you, there is no one more single focused and attentive. Those that are close to you would describe you as a perfectionist. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities: Greet all members & guests with a smile Provide friendly atmosphere for members and children Provide proper registration and check-out of children & parents Watch and care for children to ensure their safety Provide consistent interaction with children Initiate games, arts & crafts projects Bottle-feed babies in accordance with parental direction Clean and sanitize toys Keep working area free of sharp or harmful objects Be courteous in answering the childcare phone Communicate information regarding children to parents/guardians Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards Maintain a clean and organized work area _________________________________________________________________________________________ Required Qualifications: Childcare experience and/or babysitting experience required Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service Proficient reading and writing skills Experience in a service-oriented environment preferred CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire) Certifications, as local/state laws require Physical Requirements Able to lift 10 lbs. on occasion Needs to be able to stand, bend and squat with frequency Able to climb and hang decorations when needed Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Travel: ___________________________________________________________________________________________ PTO Subsidized health insurance coverage (health, dental, vision) for full time positions Basic Life and AD&D HSA Short-term disability Free gym membership ___________________________________________________________________________________________
