Data Quality Analyst

To ensure data integrity and compliance, the full-time remote Shared Services Data Quality Analyst will perform quality audits, validate participant data, and collaborate with teams to enhance service documentation and delivery. Key responsibilities Conduct quality validation calls to confirm that services requested by participants were received and accurately documented Capture and modify missing data from service requests, ensuring effective communication with all relevant parties Analyze data trends and prepare reports for management to recommend improvements in quality standards and service delivery Required qualifications Associate degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience in a call center environment 1-2 years of experience in customer service, quality assurance, or auditing Bilingual in Chinese is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Able to pass a typing test with a minimum of 40 WPM
