The Role

As a Level 3 Remodeler, you’ll be a key field team member executing all aspects of residential kitchen and bath remodels, additions, and whole-house renovations. This is a hands-on position for someone who knows their way around a job site and works well independently and as part of a team.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–10 years of residential remodeling experience preferred
• Strong carpentry skills (framing through finish work)
• Solid working knowledge of residential plumbing and electrical systems
• Strong understanding of current building codes
• Reliable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Clean driving record; able to pass background and drug screening
• Own a full, well-maintained set of tools (smartphone required)
• Team-first mindset with a strong work ethic and commitment to growth
