Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking severalWarehouse Associates on 2nd and 3rd shiftsto join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the production support team supporting the efficient handling and organization of finished goods. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Warehouse Associates Location: Middletown, NY Pay Range: $21.80/hr + Some Overtime Shift: 2nd Shift- 3:00pm-11:00pm 3rd Shift- 11pm-7:00am What's the Job? Operate strapping and banding equipment to secure finished products Stack and organize finished goods according to company standards Monitor product quality and identify damaged items or machine jams Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols Assist in preparing products for storage or shipment What's Needed? High school diploma or GED Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy bundles Willingness to work in a fast-paced, loud manufacturing environment Basic understanding of measuring tools and safety procedures Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends What's in it for me?
