Onsite Primary Care LPN - Patient-Centered Role

Proactive

Proactive MD is seeking an LPN to assist in providing compassionate and comprehensive advanced primary care at our wellness center in Bloomington, IN. The role involves documenting treatments, patient interviews, and basic clerical duties. The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree, an active LPN certification, and preferred experience in occupational health.
