Are you a driven sales professional who loves building relationships, closing deals, and making a meaningful impact? At Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG), we’re seeking an outgoing, motivated Sales Counselor to help prospective residents and families find a community they’re excited to call home.

This is more than giving tours. You’ll build trust, guide important decisions, manage your sales pipeline, and turn genuine connections into move-ins. We’re looking for someone who brings both heart and hustle—compassion for residents and a strong drive to achieve results.

What You’ll Do

• Own the sales journey from initial inquiry through signed lease and move-in.
• Deliver engaging, personalized community tours that help prospects envision life here.
• Respond quickly to inquiries and follow up consistently by phone, email, and in person.
• Build relationships with prospective residents, families, referral partners, and local organizations.
• Manage leads, prospect notes, and sales activities accurately in the CRM.
• Handle questions and objections with confidence while guiding prospects toward a decision.
• Partner with community leadership and operations to support occupancy goals and smooth move-ins.
• Participate in community outreach, networking, and marketing initiatives; stay informed about local competitors and market trends.

Experience We’re Looking For

We value proven sales success and prior experience in one or more of these industries:
Senior Living • Independent Living • Assisted Living • Memory Care • Multifamily Housing • Hospitality • Healthcare Sales

We’re especially interested in candidates who offer:

• 2+ years of successful sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Excellent organization, responsiveness, and follow-through; comfort using CRM systems.
• An outgoing, personable style balanced with professionalism, empathy, and accountability.
• Ability to work the required schedule, including weekend coverage and occasional evenings.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
