RN- Labor and Delivery - Per Diem - Up to $85/hour +$1,500 Sign On Bonus

RN–Labor and Delivery–NOC Shift Professionally develop and enhance your healthcare career at Interim Healthcare Staffing. We are adding to our team of excellent healthcare professionals for RNs who have hospital Labor and Delivery experience. Schedule This is a per diem position. Shifts may be offered Monday through Sunday between the hours of 11:00–PM 7:00–AM and 7:00–PM 7:00–AM. Shift availability will vary based on staffing needs. Location Stillwater, MN Pay rate Up to $85 per hour, depending on experience. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Nursing. Licensed as an RN by the Minnesota Board of Nursing, or hold a Wisconsin RN license and be registered with the Minnesota Board of State Registry. At least one year of labor and delivery experience. BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross). Current NRP certification. STABLE certification. Strong organizational, multi–tasking and communication skills with a customer–service orientation. What we ask of you Perform patient–centered, safe, effective, and timely patient care based on the specific needs of each patient within RN scope of practice. Communicate effectively with patients and families, including providing timely updates. Complete accurate and timely documentation. Participate as an effective unit and nursing department member. Establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with other health–care team members and across the organization.
