Beverage Supervisor

Reporting directly to the Beverage Manager, the Beverage Supervisor oversees beverage service on the casino floor during assigned shifts. This role ensures that all Beverage Team Members meet individual, and department goals, enforce responsible alcohol sales and service, and handles intoxicated guests appropriately. The Beverage Supervisor also monitors staffing levels across all beverage areas and maintains proper inventory. All responsibilities must be performed in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: One (1) year food and beverage supervisory experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form. Ability to handle a flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays, and all shifts. Ability to delegate, empower, and evaluate hourly Team Members to achieve desired objectives with minimal supervision. Sound judgement in all decision-making ability, even when dealing with difficult situations, where Guests, Team Members, and the overall long-One (1) term profitability are not adversely impacted. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick judgement decisions. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and relevant regulations is essential. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to obtain a Gaming License through the Graton Gaming Commission. #J-18808-Ljbffr
