At BOBA-N-CHAI, located in Cary, NC, we specialize in crafting high-quality boba tea and rolled ice cream, and we’re looking for a talented Barista & Rolled Ice Cream Artist to join our team. What You’ll DoAs a Barista & Rolled Ice Cream Artist, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing a variety of boba tea drinks and rolled ice cream creations with precision and care.
- Engaging with customers to take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Restocking ingredients and supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality service and efficiency.
We’re seeking someone who brings a mix of creativity, skill, and enthusiasm to the table. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as working in a coffee shop, dessert shop, or food service environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and teammates.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
- A positive attitude and a passion for food and beverages.
