Hospitality Sales & Service Lead

Employment Type:  Full-Time, Salary

Reports To:  Director of Sales

Position Summary

The Hospitality Sales & Service Lead is a hands-on support role responsible for driving revenue growth while overseeing daily hotel operations in an extended stay environment. This position combines sales coordination and operations support, to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfo1iable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced hospitality setting with a strong sales background.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase occupancy, long-term stays, and corporate accounts
• Identify, solicit, and maintain relationships with local businesses, relocation companies, and extended stay clients
• Coordinate group bookings, group reservations, group pick up, negotiated rates, and long-term contracts
• Prepare and manage group resumes, invoices,
• Respond to sales inquiries, conduct property tours, and follow up on leads
• Meeting Room Rental; BEO, set up/tear down, audio visual, food &

Operations & Front Desk Duties

• Perform front desk duties as needed, including check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, and guest service supp01i
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards (if applicable), and local regulations

Housekeeping Oversight & Support

• Assist with housekeeping duties as needed, including room
• Coordinate room readiness for arrivals, long-term stays, and special requests

Administrative& Lead Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting, expense control, and operational reporting
• Maintain accurate records related to sales and guest services
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach across all depmiments

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel operations, extended stay hospitality, or property management preferred
• Sales experience in hospitality, corporate housing, or lodging required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Comfortable performing operational, front desk, and housekeeping duties
• Proficiency with OPERA and Delphi a Computer skills: Strong computer operational skills, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to assist with housekeeping and operational tasks as required
