Travel RN PCUJob Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: PCU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: RN License required Certifications: BLS required Description: Medical PCU with a variety of patients. Unit has 12 beds. Ideal staffing for a full unit on night shift is 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, and 1-2 Patient Care Technicians. Patient-to-nurse ratio is 4:1. Electronic Medical Record system is Meditech. No on-call requirement. Floating is required on a rotating basis. Candidates should possess skills relevant to travel RNs, local CNAs, and sitters.
