Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee one of our key production lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and demonstrated success leading teams. Our leadership philosophy focuses on coaching and mentoring, and we're looking for someone who embodies this approach to guide and support their team. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage daily operations of the line, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

- Monitor production schedules, workflow, and resources to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize production efficiency.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with other supervisors, managers, and departments to resolve issues and meet company objectives.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in commercial construction or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with production processes, safety protocols, and quality control.
