Adult Psychiatrist - Outpatient

Position Overview We are hiring adult psychiatrists in Virginia who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Residents and fellows are encouraged to apply. Compensation & Benefits Sign-on bonus Annual cash bonus up to $75,000 Monthly stipend for PMHNP collaboration Flexible schedules, full-time and part-time W-2 positions. Strong work-life balance. Out-patient practice. No nights, no hospital call, no weekends. Generous above market compensation + unlimited/uncapped earnings. Multidisciplinary team, collegial work environment. Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-level providers. Full administrative support, handles all scheduling & billing. Latest in digital technology. 100% malpractice insurance coverage. Full benefits package: medical insurance, vision, dental, life, disability, 401k (4% match). Annual income potential: $250,000 to $345,000+ Qualifications MD or DO degree Board-certified or board-eligible (BE/BC) Fully licensed in Virginia with unencumbered DEA.
