Industrial Electrician

Electrician – Level IILeClaire Manufacturing is looking for an experienced electrician to support our Aluminum Foundry production environment. We're looking for an experienced electrician who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a team where their expertise truly matters.Position Overview:The Electrician – Level II will be responsible for conducting electrical installations, maintenance, and complex repairs. While normal hours of work and days for LeClaire Manufacturing are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., hours for this position reflect production hours which run 24 hours a day, 6 – 7 days per week.TravelTravel as needed.Required Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent; electrical trade school or apprenticeship completion strongly preferred.Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and safety standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Continuous learning and adaptability to keep up with evolving technologies.Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician in an industrial or commercial setting.In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, and control systems.Ability to read and interpret complex electrical diagrams and schematics.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Valid electrician's license or certification as required by state regulations.EEO StatementLeClaire Manufacturing believes in equal employment opportunity for all employees and applicants for employment.
