Bakery Proof & Oven Operator

Marzetti Company in Ohio is seeking an Oven/Proof Operator to control proof boxes, ovens and the Tunnel Oven Loader to produce bread per specifications. You will monitor metal detectors, adjust temperature, humidity and bake times, and communicate deviations to the supervisor and oven team, following HAACP guidelines. This full-time role requires standing 8 hours, lifting 110 lb racks, weekend availability, and collaboration with the mixer, divider, moulder and supervisor. #J-18808-Ljbffr Marzetti Company
