Turf Installer

TSC SE/Deluxe Athletics is actively seeking motivated, full‑time team members to join our synthetic turf installation crews. Position Overview The Turf Installer requires travel to various project sites across the Eastern United States, with a primary focus on the Southeast — including Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, and Alabama. Position Requirements Prior experience preferred but not required in grading or synthetic turf athletic field installation. Strong work ethic with a desire to learn. Ability to follow instructions and to travel and stay overnight at jobs. Ability to lead and work with a team. Adaptability to various weather conditions; work long hours and weekends. Work outdoors, sometimes in extreme weather; maintain a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and social security card, and pass a background check. Willingness to use and operate various pieces of equipment. Capable of carrying, lifting, and holding 50+ lbs. and standing for long periods. Punctual, courteous, reliable, communicative, and responsible. Ability to commute to and from the meeting location as directed for overnight travel in company‑provided transportation. Supervisory Responsibilities Does this job have supervisory responsibilities? No Additional Duties and Expectations Follow all company safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor or Human Resources. Collaborate with team members to support overall project goals. Participate in cross‑functional duties and provide support to colleagues when needed. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in construction or field installation is preferred but not required. Additional Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate. Clean criminal background required. Must pass pre‑employment and random drug screenings. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to travel frequently.
