OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Delaware City, DE by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Operate long-haul dry van freight nationwide while based in Delaware City, DE. HMD offers a strong mileage rate beginning at 65 CPM, weekly averages around 2,500 miles, and performance bonuses for safety and clean inspections.

What you'll do:

• Run OTR solo dry van assignments, secure freight, and deliver reliably.
• Complete pre/post-trip checks and keep precise paperwork.
• Work with dispatch to optimize routes and schedules.

Requirements:

• CDL-A required with at least 12 months of driving experience and a proven safety record.
