As a Screener at a logistics and distribution location, you will help support a secure environment by monitoring access points, screening personnel and packages, and reporting security-related concerns. You will remain visible, communicate professionally, and provide exceptional customer service while helping to deter incidents. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and/or vehicles entering designated areas in accordance with site procedures and access requirements. Monitor access points and verify credentials, shipping documentation, and authorized entry for restricted areas. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report security-related concerns to site leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
