What You'll Do

• Provide hospitalist and OB services within a major healthcare facility
• Deliver patient care and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Manage inpatient care during 24-hour shifts
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with hospital staff, specialists, and ancillary services
• Ensure compliance with all facility protocols and safety standards
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, and adapt to evolving clinical needs

What You Need

Required:

• Medical licensure in Arizona
• Hospitalist or OB experience
• Ability to work 24-hour shifts
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills

Preferred:

• Prior locum or hospitalist experience
• Familiarity with hospital workflows and EMR systems
• Flexibility to handle unscheduled patient needs
