Inspect properties, identify repair and improvement opportunities, and discuss options with homeowners and commercial customers. Provide accurate estimates and complete assignments in a timely professional manner. Earn customer confidence and promote additional services when appropriate. Maintain high integrity and strive for top customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring and decks. Own, maintain and operate necessary tools and equipment; own a vehicle capable of hauling tools, ladders, and materials. Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and provide prompt professional solutions. Excellent communication skills with customers, management, office personnel, suppliers and property managers. Professional, clean‑cut appearance and organized tools. Reliable, punctual, efficient and possesses highest integrity. Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour.
