Job Overview A law firm seeks an Energy Transactions and Projects Associate or Counsel in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will join a leading renewable energy and infrastructure practice, bringing significant transactional experience. Duties Engage in project development and finance transactions. Handle infrastructure projects, including energy and non-energy sectors. Work on conventional and renewable energy projects. Participate in tax equity and PPP transactions. Contribute to downstream project initiatives. Requirements 2-6 years or 8+ years of relevant experience. Experience in project development or project finance preferred. Familiarity with power, digital infrastructure, and renewable energy sectors. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Skills Strong transactional and negotiation skills. Ability to manage complex projects effectively. Excellent communication and analytical abilities. Benefits Comprehensive health insurance.
