Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. This role requires a skilled professional who can operate effectively in a dynamic surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and management of the operating room environment to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver exceptional care before, during, and after surgery.
Monitor patients' vital signs and perform interventions as needed during surgical procedures.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding preoperative and postoperative care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

Schedule Requirements

Work schedule includes:

Day shifts: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 3 days a week.
Every third Friday rotation is required.
Floating between multiple locations is expected.

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
Previous experience in an Operating Room setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility to work in multiple locations as required.
