What You\'ll Do Make a high volume of outbound calls to customers and prospects Follow up with customers after completed services Contact existing customers about maintenance, services, and opportunities Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries Schedule service appointments Recommend relevant products and services Provide friendly, professional customer service Work closely with our service and office teams What We\'re Looking For Customer service and cold-calling experience Comfortable making a lot of outbound calls every day Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills Previous call center, telemarketing, or inside sales experience preferred Organized, dependable, and able to multitask Positive attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment HVAC/home services experience is a plus ServiceTitan experience is a plus Why Join Us?
