Reconstruction Project ManagerRestorePro Reconstruction is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to join our Wilmington, NC team.This position oversees the finances, profitability and the day-to-day construction put back of projects from inception through completion and has primary responsibility for managing client expectations. Overseeing the project relationships with our clients, providing thoughtful and pragmatic leadership. If you're looking for a place where your contributions are valued, your career is supported, and your work makes a difference, we would love to have you on our team.Essential Functions:Conduct a preconstruction meeting with the client.Review the estimate with the client, set expectations, and obtain Contract authorization.Create a budget for material vendors and hired subcontractors.Establish a draw schedule as appropriate.Create work orders from the approved Xactimate scope for each subcontractor on the job site with proper budgets.Manage the quality and production of the construction project.Generate all work & purchase orders for the execution of the job in a timely manner & up to company quality standards.Upon completion prepare an invoice, job documentation, and other notes to be processed in a cloud database.Follow up on payment(s) to ensure timely accounts receivable.Technical Skills:Proficient knowledge of web-based software platformsUtilize phone or tablet to upload documentation of loss with photographs and written descriptionMicrosoft Excel and Outlook are requiredXactimate heavily preferred.Requirements:Must have a valid Driver's License and pass a MVR checkMust be able to pass a background checkMust be able to pass a drug screenExperience in the water and fire restoration industry is a plus, but not requiredIICRC Certifications PreferredWork Environment:This position involves both office and fieldwork.The work environment may include construction sites, requiring the ability to navigate various job site conditions and adhere to safety protocols.Occasional travel may be necessary to oversee multiple projects or attend client meetings.Flexibility and adaptability are essential as tasks may vary depending on project stages and client needs.Collaboration with a team and direct communication with clients and subcontractors will be an essential part of the role.Salary: 65,000-75,000 plus uncapped commissionBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance401k with up to 4% company matchHSA and FSAUnlimited PTOCompany paid sick time6 Company paid holidays plus 1 floating holidayWeekly payDiscount programs and moreWho is RestorePro Reconstruction?RestorePro Reconstruction was founded in 1986 and is one of the highest-rated and most trusted restoration companies in NC.
