Our client, a leader in the shipping and logistics industry, is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping Clerk, you will be part of the operations department supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Beecher, IL

Pay Range: $21.50 per hour

Shift: 5:30 AM - 4 PM, Tuesday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Ensure smooth and efficient handling of shipments.
• Manage inventory using Microsoft Dynamic 365 (D365).
• Pick, pack, and process orders accurately.
• Operate a forklift and assist in loading and unloading trucks.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes and training of new employees.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Exemplary attendance with the ability to work overtime as needed.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in using ERP systems, particularly D365.
• Ability to be trained on using a forklift per company standards.
