Second-in-command for Resident Dining, overseeing the 1855 Dining Room, Resident Dining Café, and C-Store. Responsible for daily operations, team leadership, service excellence, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for residents and guests.Unionized accountAbout the jobJoin a leadership role overseeing multi-functional food service operations with a focus on client satisfaction, retention, and operational performance. This position supports revenue and profit goals through disciplined execution of programs, safety standards, and daily operational oversight while fostering an engaged, high-performing team.Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities.
