ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2007 and lead a close-knit team of four. I began my career immediately after college as a State Farm team member and come from a family of State Farm agents, so this business has always been a part of my life. I attended the University of Washingtongo Huskies!and Im also a proud mom of three, which has shaped the flexible, people-first environment weve built in our office.

Community involvement is important to us, and we stay active through our church and local initiatives like food and blood drives. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Luigi Damian - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
