Grow the Future.Position SummaryAs a General Manager at Thacher Restaurant Group, you'll lead all aspects of restaurant operations while building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experience. You'll be responsible for creating a culture of accountability, developing future leaders, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring every guest receives the Wingstop experience they expect.
