• Meet with marketers/business stakeholders

• Work with engineers on API/pixel integrations
• Help send advertising/conversion data to platforms like Google, Meta, etc.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Track progress and communicate updates weekly
• Document decisions and requirements

What “Conversion Bidding Shares” Means

This is advertising tracking/reporting language.

Basically:

• When someone clicks an ad and later applies for or gets a card
• The company wants that conversion data sent back to advertising platforms
• So ad platforms can optimize targeting and bidding
