General Shop Helper / Entry Level Machine Operators (1st & 2nd shift)

Job Description Job Description Job Overview: We are currently hiring General Shop Helpers and Entry-Level Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing and production team in Houston. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing, fabrication, CNC machining, or industrial production . No advanced experience required—we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude. Available Shifts: 1st Shift: Day shift 2nd Shift: Evening shift Key Responsibilities: Assist machinists, welders, and fabricators with daily shop operations Load and unload materials, parts, and finished products Operate or learn to operate CNC machines, press brakes, saws, plasma tables, or waterjets, Wire Splicers, Sliter, Press Machines. Perform basic machine operation, setup assistance, and part inspections Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area.
