Benefits Health, dental, vision and life insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan Job Summary The Physical Therapist will carry out an individualized program of physical therapy including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to maximize a patient's progress toward achieving functional goals. The Physical Therapist will also maintain a positive working relationship with other health professionals and ancillary staff. Job Requirements Current Florida license as a Physical Therapist Current CPR certification Preference for at least one (1) year of experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility Essential Duties & Responsibilities Creates, implements, and executes patient treatment plans Communicates with patients, families, referring physicians, and other members of the team Provides timely written documentation per facility, department, and insurance provider requirements to meet licensing, certification, regulatory, and reimbursement requirements Develops and enhances clinical and professional skills through knowledge and professional associations Supports and participates in department operations and development Reports any changes in patient status or needs to the Director of Rehab and interdisciplinary team as appropriate Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure optimal patient care and achievement of outcomes Background Screening Clearinghouse Education and Awareness: #J-18808-Ljbffr Thegardenshrc
