Interventional Radiology Technologist
This role is situated within a specialized procedures unit featuring:
2 Interventional Radiology (IR) suites
Staff Composition: 4 IR nurses and 4 IR technologists
Average patient ratio: 10 patients per room
Equipment: Philips biplane and Toshiba single plane
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in the following:
IR or Cath Lab experience is essential
Candidates with IR Neuro experience will be prioritized
The unit conducts various procedures, including but not limited to:
PICC line placements
Paracentesis
Thoracentesis
Kyphoplasty
Port placements
Ablations
Epidural Steroid Injections (ESI)
EKOS for Pulmonary Embolism (PE)
Trevo for Stroke
The best candidates will be:
Hardworking and dedicated
Team players who thrive in collaborative environments
Required certifications include:
ARRT certification
New Hampshire license must be held at the time of application
Scrubs will be provided by the facility.
The position requires availability for weekends on a rotational basis (every third to fourth weekend) as well as one weeknight.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Interventional Radiology is preferred.
