As an Event Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of live marketing events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach initiatives designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns
• Engage directly with customers to create positive brand experiences and build awareness
• Support event setup, logistics, merchandising, and promotional material distribution
• Represent client brands professionally at live events, trade shows, and community events
• Help generate leads, increase customer engagement, and support campaign objectives
• Monitor event performance and assist with campaign reporting and data collection
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a strong understanding of client products, services, and marketing initiatives
