Join our team and help keep production moving! RGA Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to support our manufacturing operations in Charlotte, NC. In this fast-paced role, you'll manage purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, expedite critical materials, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure materials arrive on time and production stays on schedule. What You'll Do Execute purchase orders for raw materials, components, and MRO supplies Monitor supplier deliveries and resolve supply issues Expedite materials to support production requirements Maintain accurate purchasing data within ERP systems Track open purchase orders and communicate supply risks Support inventory accuracy and cycle count activities Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure uninterrupted material flow What We're Looking For 2-4 years of purchasing or buying experience Manufacturing and ERP experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving ability Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Company-Paid Life Insurance ($25,000) Voluntary Life Insurance Options Short-Term Disability Insurance Long-Term Disability Insurance Paid Time Off and Holidays Why Join RGA?
