THE OPPORTUNITY

Commission only role – self-employed. This is not just another agency role. It's a leadership position for an experienced operator who wants to build, scale and benefit from their own business within a proven model. You’ll run your own pipeline while leading a team of self‑employed agents—driving performance, culture and growth.

THE ROLE

Lead weekly in‑person hub sessions focused on training, deal progression and performance Recruit, mentor and develop a team of self‑employed property professionals Maintain and grow your own personal sales pipeline and instructions Set the tone, standards and output of your hub Operate with full autonomy while contributing to wider business growth

EARNINGS & UPSIDE

75% commission on all personal completions 5% override on all team completions Example earnings potential: Personal production (3 deals/month): ~£194,000 annually Team override (4 agents): ~£34,500 annually Total potential: £225,000+ No territory restrictions. The business you build is yours.
