As a server, you will be responsible for providing guests with a distinctive dining experience by delivering the highest service levels and guiding them through our menus. You will also be expected to make food and beverage recommendations that meet or exceed guest expectations while taking accurate orders. Providing friendly and attentive service that builds the guest's intent to return is crucial to the role's success.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maximizing sales by having extensive knowledge about all the food and beverage offerings, following all the steps of service and brand standards, following all federal, state, and city laws and ordinances concerning handling and responsibly selling alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, keeping working knowledge of the company's brand and culture, and performing other related duties as assigned by the leadership team.

The candidate must work efficiently as part of a team and independently, take direction effectively, and communicate professionally. Additionally, the candidate must have a flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
