Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience
• HCHB experience
• Bachelor's Degree

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift days: Monday - Friday
• Weekend requirement: None
• Coverage area includes Putnam, Cabell, and Wayne counties
