Actuarial Analyst II

Role Description The Actuarial Analyst II is responsible for conducting complex actuarial studies, supporting pricing strategies, and maintaining rating models to ensure competitive and profitable products in the health insurance market. Key Responsibilities Developing and refining pricing strategies for individual and small employer markets. Building, maintaining, and analyzing rating models with analytical insights for accurate pricing and market entry. Collaborating on special projects to support growth initiatives. Working with regulatory teams to prepare rate filings and ensure compliance. Obtaining, verifying, and modeling data for risk reporting and forecasting. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree and passing at least three SOA or CAS exams. Minimum of one year of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience. Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
