Laboratory Technician

Job Title: Laboratory Technician Location: Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Type: Direct Hire Responsibilities Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures and competency standards. Conduct and document quality control, calibration, maintenance, and proficiency testing to ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment; escape unresolved issues as needed. Support laboratory compliance efforts, including method validations, policy updates, and adherence to safety and HIPAA regulations. Maintain a safe, organized work environment, manage inventory, and contribute to continuous departmental improvement.
