Warehouse Associate – 3PL Shipping Location: Irving, TX Compensation: $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (or until job completion) Role Summary As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you will help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment. This active, high‑energy role requires accuracy, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Whether you are pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, you will be part of a team where your work has a real impact. What’s in It for You Up to $18.00/hour starting pay $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus $500 after 6 months of continuous, active full‑time employment $500 after 12 months of continuous, active full‑time employment Key Responsibilities Product Handling: accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery Inbound Processing: receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations Loading & Unloading: stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently Equipment Operation: use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided) Inventory Accuracy: ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step Team Collaboration: communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success Clean & Safe Workplace: maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols Flexibility: perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs Job Readiness Requirements 18 years of age or older Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. consistently Comfortable working on feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑driven environment Reliability: show up on time and demonstrate a strong work ethic Willingness to work in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse Forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience (preferred) Why Join Keystone Automotive Operations?
