ROI Records Specialist: HIPAA-Savvy Data & Customer Care
MRO
MRO Corporation seeks an ROI Specialist to support client sites with Release of Information requests. Responsibilities include reviewing requester information, selecting records per HIPAA, and coordinating with various data sources.
You will answer ROI inquiries, log requests in ROI On‑Line, scan records, and assist physician offices as needed. Cash handling at sites may be required; strong attention to detail is essential.
