Requirements

• Current RN License
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in IMCU, PCU, or Stepdown setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for patients.
• Supervising staff to whom care is delegated.
• Ensuring high quality and safe nursing care.
• Supporting resource management related to patient care.
• Maintaining competency of clinical staff.
