Senior Technology Trainer

The role focuses on enabling users through instructor-led training, digital learning content, and technical documentation for both proprietary and commercial software applications. Responsibilities Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions (virtual and/or in-person) Develop training materials, including: Training videos and e-learning modules Create instructional content for software applications (e.g., Microsoft tools, proprietary systems) Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training needs and align delivery Provide regular status updates and communicate progress with project leadership Manage multiple training initiatives and ensure timely delivery Qualifications Deliver engaging training using adult learning principles Experience with instructor-led training (ILT) for technical audiences Content Development Create: Technical documentation Quick reference guides Web-based training content Video-based learning modules Tools & Technologies Familiarity with tools such as: Articulate 360 Vyond Project & Stakeholder Management Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously Strong coordination and time management skills Effective communication with stakeholders and SMEs Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of: Troubleshooting user issues Additional Requirements Ability to create and present training for professional audiences Strong communication and presentation skills Capability to develop engaging and effective instructional content #J-18808-Ljbffr The Evolvers Group
