Perform various tasks involved in bagging/boxing operation including but not limited to setting up and operating bagging machines, handling parts and materials, packing parts and other related activities using hand tools, various type of packing materials. Must follow all applicable safety procedures to avoid injuries including requests for help from co-workers. Proper handling of finished parts and products to avoid injuries or damage, follow all operational instructions when operating or using tools and equipment. Provide quality checks as determined./ppJob may require overtime and a flexible schedule, reporting early and working late, including weekends./ph3Duties/Responsibilities:/h3ulliPerforms general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials./liliResponsibly for quality inspection/liliWill operate power forklift/liliResponsibility for correctly warehousing/storing finished goods/liliAssists with any other manual labor tasks as needed./li/ulh3Required Skills/Abilities:/h3ulliExcellent verbal communication skills with strong aptitude for operating machinery./liliAbility to follow instructions and learn the production process./liliExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail./liliExcellent time management skills./liliAbility to perform repetitive tasks./li/ulh3Education and Experience:/h3ulliA High School Diploma or equivalent is required./liliHi-Lo Certification preferred, will be trained, and certified on the hi-lo./lili(1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred./liliMust be able to clear drug screen and background check./liliMust have reliable transportation./li/ulh3Physical Requirements:/h3pThe ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation as you will frequently and repetitively be required to bend, twist, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform work, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk and hear.
