What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Bay Host Positive Attitude One Team Mentality Player Focus – obsession with making Players’ experience the best it can be Ability to Thrive in a Popular Environment – stay calm when things get popular Experience Serving Food & Beverages – previously served alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting What You Will Do in the Role Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm and explain what they’re visiting for Recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance their overall experience and drive sales through suggestive selling Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately Keep Bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space Be readily available with a strong T‑line presence and work seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience Assist with keeping the bay clean and safe to meet safety and sanitation standards Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 50 lb.
