Maternal Fetal Medicine Perinatology Opportunity

Sanford Bismarck Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist to join a rapidly growing practice. The practice includes 2 MFM physicians, 1 MFM advanced practice provider, 9 OB/GYN physicians and 4 advanced practice providers, dedicated sonographers and genetic counselors, and a 26 bed Level IIIB NICU with over 1700 births. Local pediatric cardiology and neurosurgery services are available, along with visiting pediatric subspecialties including neurology, GI, nephrology, endocrinology, and rheumatology.

In Bismarck, the Sanford Medical Center is the region's home for health care and has a Level II Trauma and Stroke Center. There are 230+ physicians and 170+ APPs.

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation of $650,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details).
