Senior Manager, Global Site Start Up Lead
Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Regeneron seeks a Senior Manager to lead global site and country activation strategies for complex clinical trials. This role oversees study start-up execution, manages cross-functional teams and CRO partners, and ensures regulatory compliance across international development programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global site and country start-up strategies, identifying risks and mitigation plans
- Lead site activation planning and forecasting to achieve study milestones and timelines
- Partner with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and CROs to drive efficient start-up execution
- Monitor start-up metrics and leverage data to improve performance and inform strategic decisions
- Manage and develop Site Start-Up professionals through coaching, mentoring, and career development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research
- Extensive experience leading global clinical trial site and country activation strategies
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulations
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence global stakeholders
- Proven experience managing vendors and CROs with performance oversight
- Excellent project management, communication, negotiation, and risk management skills
- Direct line management experience with staff development and performance management preferred
