You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and our agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES Build meaningful relationships with potential and new customers through proactive outreach and exceptional service. Generate new business by identifying opportunities through referrals, leads and customer conversations. Conduct onboarding appointments to educate customers on coverage options and identify protection gaps. Quote, present and close Auto, Home, Life and other insurance products. Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly production goals. Follow established sales processes and customer contact strategies to maximize conversations. Maintain accurate customer records and activity within agency systems. Collaborate with team members to provide an outstanding customer experience from first contact through policy issuance. Participate in ongoing coaching, training and professional development. Represent the agency with professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence. QUALIFICATIONS Self-motivated, goal-oriented and competitive desire to win. Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale. Property and Casualty license required.
