Heart Failure Advanced Practice Provider

\n

Full-Time / No Weekends / No Call

\n

Valley Health is in search of an Advanced Practice Provider to join our busy Heart Failure Clinic in Winchester, Virginia.  The APP is responsible for facilitating the care and education of HF patients and their families from initial contact throughout their continuum of heart failure care.   Experience is preferred but willing to consider APPs who have a strong interest in the cardiology/Hearth Failure specialty.

Our approach to determining compensation minimums is comprehensive, and any offer extended will take into account the ability to earn additional income through productivity incentive.  The compensation minimum is an estimate based on the minimum performance expectation; however, it does not encompass all elements contributing to your total compensation package.
